Seems Brazilians do real estate much differently than in the U.S.…
The favelas (slums) are all found crammed on top of the hills. This one overlooks the sea. In the U.S. you’d be paying a premium for those views. Nice to see the poor people in Rio at least have one luxury the rich can’t have here.
